Portfolio 1

Located primarily in the Northwest side of downtown Jacksonville, this portfolio of renovated properties of approximately 20,500 sq. ft., is comprised of 7 multi-family homes (fourplexes,) 5 single-family houses, and one land plot (seeking to be developed with a new single-family construction in the short term.) We seek a 7% yield and a 12% IRR.

Located in the Southeast side of downtown Jacksonville, in the booming Arlington area, this portfolio of 28 renovated properties of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. (livable construction, excluding common areas,) is comprised of a multi-family property of ten 1-1 loft style units and eighteen 2-1 units. We seek a 6.5% yield and a 14% IRR.

Located in the Southeast side of downtown Jacksonville, in the booming Arlington area, this portfolio is currently being renovated and has an area of approximately 36,000 sq. ft (livable construction, excluding common areas.) We seek a 6.5% yield and a 12% IRR.

Currently under contract, our fourth Portfolio is located in the Southeast side of downtown Jacksonville, in the booming Arlington area, this portfolio is currently being renovated and has an area of approximately 18,000 sq. ft (livable construction, excluding common areas.) It is one multi-family property comprised of 27 units with homogeneous floor plans and square footage. The property also has a nice common area and a laundry room. We seek a 6.5% yield and a 12% IRR.
