The negotiated price is $3.2 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h467073-p10\" class=\"permalinkable\">According to Boyer, the ground lease in Iguana\u2019s previous deal is active until the land sale is final. The lease gives Iguana the right to build on the site.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h467073-p11\" class=\"permalinkable\">Iguana is required to complete the project by June 30, 2026.
